This chili is packed with heart healthy beans and lentils! You can use meat or veggie ground round and incorporate almost any veggies you have hanging around the fridge.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack Mitchell’s Chuck Wagon Chilli

  • 1 lb ground meat/ veggie round

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1 bunch carrots, peeled and chopped

  • 26oz can of diced tomatoes

  • 4 cups water

  • 1 box prewashed spinach

Instructions:

  1. Using your Instapot sauté onions and beef until browned.

  2. Add chili bean mixture, carrots, diced tomatoes, water, and stir to combine

  3. Cook on high for 30 minutes

  4. Remove from heat and add 1 box of prewashed spinach

  5. Enjoy!
