Want to add some veggies and fruit to your day? Try this Creamy Strawberry and Cauliflower Smoothies from our Registered Dietitian, Jenn Messina! This drink is so easy to make and packed with goodness.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries

  • 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower

  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts

  • 1/3 cup Greek vanilla yogurt

  • 1 cup milk of choice

Instructions:

Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
