No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

The Mumgry Chocolate Peanut Butter is like no other nut butter you have tried!  It is loaded with protein and healthy fats (and not much else).  It's also locally produced, which we love.  These won't last long in your house, but they could be frozen for another day ... if there are any left over!Makes 10-12 cookies

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Mumgry Chocolate Peanut Butter

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Warm all ingredients to room temperature

  2. Add all ingredients into a bowl, stir to combine, and shape into cookies

  3. Leave to set on parchment paper

  4. Enjoy!
